Abby is a litigator with more than a decade of legal experience who is driven by her competitive and compassionate nature to help employees and executives who’ve been wronged. She represents clients in discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, defamation, whistleblower, and other matters.
While her current focus and passion lie in advocating for employees, Abby’s experience includes representing employers such as cities, counties, schools, and nonprofits in workplace matters. This experience gives her unique perspective into pursuing employment claims on behalf of employees. Abby also practiced corporate and restructuring law for large financial institutions and handled pre-litigation commercial disputes and other business and operations issues for public sector employers. Abby’s broad experience helps her navigate legal issues that intersect with employment law and spot potential concerns or solutions that other attorneys might miss.
Abby prides herself on truly listening to her clients and working to achieve the best outcome on their behalf. While she really likes to win — Abby competed on two varsity sports teams at an Ivy League college — she understands litigation is not always the best solution for her clients and will dig deep to achieve their goals through other means.
