Natasha Gálvez
Associate Counsel
Natasha has experience in employment law and general civil litigation. In 2017, Natasha earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she served as Diversity Chair of the Boalt Hall Women’s Association. Both during and after law school, Natasha was actively involved with the American Bar Association, serving as the Law Student Division Liaison to the Commission on Women in the Profession for two consecutive terms and Editorial Board Member of the ABA’s Perspectives magazine for three years.
Natasha litigates employment cases, including wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, misclassification, unpaid bonuses and commissions, breach of contract, severance pay disputes, sexual harassment, unlawful discrimination, retaliation, and representative actions under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). Natasha provides pre-litigation advice and counsel, as well as coaching for employee disciplinary hearings. Natasha also litigates disputes involving purchase or sale of real property, insurance coverage, general negligence and fraud.
Prior to starting Berman North, Natasha was an associate at Pierce & Shearer LLP with Scott Berman and Stacy North, where she handled employment issues, real estate issues, and general civil disputes. Immediately following graduation, Natasha participated in a post-bar fellowship program at the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office and Marin County Counsel, where she concentrated on public employment and land use issues.
